Valentine's Day

Mason recieved a book and a gift card to Raising Cane's from Huck and Gamma for Valentines. It was a nice suprise!
Ava got this cute hat. She loves to put it on and play and take it off and look at it and then have someone put it on again.

Audience...

Last Saturday morning Josh decided to cook pancakes. Mason wanted to hang in the kitchen, so he went and got his stool and a book...and of course Ava followed. So Mason and Ava both are sitting on their stool and reading. They are sitting directly behind the stove...not the best place!!!

Doctor Visit @ 23 1/2 weeks

So, i went to the doctor today and the baby is doing great. I heard the heart beat and it is just beating away at the right speed! The doc said that i am just a little petite thing and to tell anybody that says i am so little that the doctor says the baby is great! i have gained another 7 lbs. for a total sof ar of 14 lbs. i have a tendency to gain all of my weight at the end of my pregnancys...this should be no different. i go back in two week for a gestational diabetes test and then two more weeks later for another check up.

So...when is it my turn???

Mason likes to get his razor and shaving cream out when josh shaves, but this time Ava wanted to be apart of it too.

Ava's "Big Girl" Bed

Ava is so excited to have her 'big girl' bed. She always walks into her room and says "bed", and wants to sit on it. I'm hoping this means that she will transition easily into it when the time comes.
Mason is such a good big brother...helping daddy put his little sister's bed together!!!

Pigtails...Finally!!!

Ava's hair has finally gotten long enough to give her pigtails. Krissy (good friend) help me put them in her hair. She looked precious running around the yard. They totally fit her personality!

Nice day for a trip to the Zoo

Saturday was such a beuatiful Day that we decided that we could not pass up taking the kids to the zoo. I caught Mason and Ava walking through the zoo being so sweet and holding holds...it did not last long!!!

Ava and Mason loved seeing all of the animasl and just being able to get out run around. Everytime Ava saw ANY animal she would growl at it, like the fish here.

We also met up with the Louque's and there was even a wildlife encounter where the kids could pet some aninals...they loved it!!

I can't be sure what Ava is going to do next. I caught her one day playing with this grocery cart (being really good) and next thing I knew she had climbed in it and was just hanging out. When I asked her what she was doing she just waved at me!!!
