Josh and I decided to brave the cool temperatures and take the kids to there first Mardi Gras parade in Baton Rouge. It was a little different than what I am used to in Shreveport, but we had a blast and the kids got bunches of stuff!
We were parked by the river next to a railroad track and Mason enjoyed climbing on the rail car

While the parade was going on Abby was hanging out in her stroller with a blanket over it so that it would block the wind.
Throw Me Something, Mister...the kids got on quick to what you need to say to get something.
At the end of the parade were these two horses and they were immediately clearing the streets...so you had to quickly get off the parade route. When the parade was over it was over!!!!!
